Unlike England and Wales, where property data is freely available, Scotland is more pay-to-view.  Not just that, it's very expensive to pay to view.  That is why there isn't the same level of information on the site for Scotland.

There is some data, but very much limited to the local authority level and only about a dozen or so data fields.  But you work with what you have.

Something in this case, is better than nothing.  As long as the data is useful and provides insights to a reasonable level, which it does, then it's worth having.
