Mortgage Calculator Updated - Overpayments
The mortgage calculator now allows you to add an annual overpayment amount to show how much could be saved over the term and how the term is reduced.
Another requested update, I have added a new option to the mortgage calculator that allows you to model overpayments.
The way it works is on the assumption that the overpayment is made in a single payment at the end of each year.

Apologies for the delays with this one, the maths was hard 😩 And I needed to run a lot of tests to make sure it was correct.
As always, if you find any issues, let me know, I am confident there are none, hence it took so long to implement 😂
