EPC Updates
Energy performance data has been updated, still waiting for an update from Scotland, watching and waiting patiently!
EPC data has been updated for January 2026, this relates to England and Wales only. 122,408 new EPC reports are available.
Scotland is still sitting at Q3 2025, simply because no update for Q4 2025 has been released. I was expecting it by the end of this month, and they say that was the intention, but here we are and still nothing. Alerts are in place, so when it is updated, I will get it uploaded.
