I say several, I think GitHub suggests about 205 in total.  Nothing major, just a lot of small tweaks and changes to the layout, content and queries to make things a little faster overall.  My Mac Studio has been getting quite warm today when running some tests, which suggests the server in Germany will be feeling it as well.  

Some additional changes will be deployed in the next day or two.  To take the stress off the server with so many queries being run I have created a number of cache warmers that will mean for most of you, the data you want is already cached and instantly available.  No more waiting and far less server stress.
