When users email, they sometimes get lost.  When visitors email questions, getting sufficient information to help can be difficult.  So, I decided to build a new support system for this purpose.

What is it?

Simply put, it's just a form, but every registered user can contact me.  The questions and queries are private between me and the person sending the form.  It also allows for replies and notifications.

It's just a much easier way to contact us; some are already using it and loving it.

How do you use it?

It's really easy. Just register if you haven't already. At the top right of the menu, you will see your username. It has a dropdown menu that allows you to edit your profile and access the support system, where you can get in touch.

Please use this rather than email.  I understand some prefer to email rather than register on yet another site.  I am still happy to accept questions and queries via email, which may lead to delays.
