New Support System
I have built a new support system for users to ask questions, report bugs or request features. Please use this instead of email.
I’ve built a new section this weekend to help me manage questions far more efficiently, a dedicated support system.
You’ll see it as soon as you log in. The link is in the user dropdown at the top right, or at the bottom of the screen if you’re on mobile.
It’s straightforward to use, and I’d really prefer that if you need to reach me, you register and use this new support system.
Just to be clear: registered users don’t receive any emails from this site. Your email address is only used if you ever need to reset your password.
Becoming a registered member simply lets you comment on blog posts and use the support system, nothing more.

More is coming, and I am spending time making it simpler, easier to understand, and also updating it regularly.
