Land Registry updated - 2025 complete (mostly)
The final upload from the Land Registry for 2025 has been completed; the year is now complete. Well, mostly, there can and will be changes to the data for a while to come.
Land Registry data for December 2025 has been uploaded to the site, completing the data for 2025. Mostly, the Land Registry will continue to backfill data in the coming months, so the data will still change as they add and correct data. Will it change any of the current trends you can see? Not likely.
