I provide data and information that is true and complete, not speculation

I focus on real data, not predictions. My posts analyse what’s true and proven, not speculation about future budgets, policies, or market moves.

Many of my visitors email or message me, asking what I think will happen at the next Budget, what I expect Labour’s new housing policy to look like, or how I believe interest rates will move next year.

The answer is simple: I don’t deal in speculation.

There are plenty of websites and social media accounts that will happily fill your feed with predictions, guesses, and “exclusive insights” about what might happen. That’s not what I do here.

What I publish is based on data, facts, and what we actually know to be true.

If the Land Registry releases a new dataset, I’ll show you what it says — not what I think it means for prices next month. When the Bank of England releases new mortgage approval figures, I’ll show the numbers and trends — not try to second-guess the next move. And when the Chancellor delivers the Budget, I’ll go through the details, line by line, and show the impact based on real evidence, not headlines.

I prefer clarity over clickbait, and accuracy over assumptions.

When something changes, I’ll update my charts and write about what’s real. Until then, I’d rather leave the forecasting to those who enjoy guessing. My focus will always remain on data that is complete, verifiable, and transparent, the sort of information you can actually rely on.

So, when the next Budget arrives, you’ll see analysis here the same way you always do: based on what has happened, not what might.

I am the owner of this site. If there is anything wrong, it's on me! If you want to get in touch, please email me at [email protected]. The site has grown so quickly, I honestly didnt expect the interest or the support, so thank you to everyone who has dropped me a line. More is coming, and I am spending time making it simpler, easier to understand, and also updating it regularly.
