I think the hardest thing I have done since starting Property Research is submitting the new App to Apple. Not building the App, although it had some challenges, but the actual submission of the App itself.  Compliance, screenshots, code checks, requirement to add pages to the website for legal, privacy and others, creating a video of the app and all other elements that went with it.  Getting it rejected, going again, all Stressful!

But it's there now; I am Apple App Store famous 😍. Just go to the App Store, search for 'Property Research', and it should be near the top as shown in the screenshot below.

It took so long for the App to be approved that I had already built v2, which has been submitted for review and should be available soon.

The App is a convenience; it provides the core functionality of the website but is much easier to use on your phone than visiting the website, and is designed to look much better on a small screen.

We'll see how it goes after v2 is live and whether people are interested in it 😂

For those who have asked, unfortunately the App will not be coming to Android.  Nothing against Android; those who know me will know I am all Apple, so creating an Android version is not in my comfort zone.  Who knows, I may give it some thought if the App is popular.

For now, I will leave it alone for a while and see how much interest it gets before deciding on any next steps for the App.
