Been so busy working on the new iPhone App (which has finally been approved and should be available in the App Store within the next 24 hours) that I have not had as much time to work on the website.  But I am trying to tick off the most requested features.  And here is the one that is top of the list, all completed.

It gives you a dashboard view of the current month of sales from the Land Registry.  Not only the current month, but it also lets you view every month for the current year to date.

The page shown below shows you all the main details for that month; compare the top data points to last month and one year prior.

There is quite a lot of information on it to really let you see what happened each month in more detail than the main dashboard page, which covers 1995 to 2026; still good information but more compressed.

There you go, 37 requests for this, so hopefully that covers it.  Enjoy :)

I like it enough to also set up an API feed to the iPhone App, just not tonight!

Also note, the land registry does not contain every single transaction for the most recent months.  Most are included, but some are delayed for various reasons, so the last 3 months in particular generally tend to grow as the next update is added.
